Description

Renovation of a museum in San Jose, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.

The Work will consist of pressure washing, scrap and sand loose paint, remove old caulk, mold or mildew, repairs to wood caused by carpenter bees and woodpeckers, exterior painting and more. Each bid must be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashiers check, or a bond in the sum of not less than 10% of the total aggregate of the bid price, including all additive bid items. The check or bond must be made payable to The County of Santa Clara. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any non-material errors or discrepancies in the bids.
