Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Redmond, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Work to be performed shall include: Construction of park improvements, including but not limited to pavement and cement conc. removal and replacement, sport court striping, tree protection, cast-in-place concrete wall construction, park site element installation, landscape and irrigation restoration and other work necessary to complete the project. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a certified or cashier's check or surety bid bond made payable to the City of Redmond, for a sum not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of such bid including sales tax, and all listed additives and alternates. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bid or in the bidding process, and make the award as deemed to be in the best interest of the City. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Engineer's Estimate for this work is $370,000 to $390,000.
