Trout Unlimited is requesting proposals from qualified consulting firms with experience with watershed reach assessments and managing, designing, permitting, and overseeing construction of watershed restoration projects. This project includes a reach assessment for approximately two miles of Hangman Creek near Spokane, WA, followed by engineering design and construction oversight for selected restoration areas. Project Location: Hangman Creek ~RM 21-23 - Grouse Creek Ranch Contract award: September 8, 2023 (estimated target date) Please indicate your interest in participating in the site tour to the Project Contact via email no later than July 14, 2023, at 5:00p PDT. The meeting date, time, and platform will be announced directly to confirmed participants. Completed proposals must be submitted on or before the RFP response deadline. Proposals may be submitted via email (PDF documents preferred). Late proposal responses will not be accepted.All inquiries/questions regarding this RFP shall be submitted via email to the project contact: Crystal Elliot - celliot@tu.org. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
