Built 1911 Three span concrete arch Two piers in Latah/Hangman Cr, each supported on spread footings and piles See attached Exhibit 1 for location and Exhibit 2 for bridge elevation view em Statement River has scoured beneath spread footing - see attached Exhibit 3 The preliminary scope of work includes the following: Riprap & repair around piers Soldier pile wall along one bank Improved hydraulics at bridge Stream bottom and bank restoration The actual work needed will be verified by the consultant No work is anticipated on the bridge structure or deck The consultant will not perform the actual repair work but will provide some or all of the following services: permitting, design, plans/specs preparation, bidding and/or construction management services all associated with the above mitigation work This project has a DBE requirement of 16% as required by the project's funding agency The period of performance of the contract resulting from this RFQ is tentatively scheduled to begin on or about Oct. 2, 2023 and to end on December 31, 2025. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time As of August 15, 2023, the due date and time has been confirmed with the owner. RFQ has been cancelled and will readvertise on September 6, 2023.
