urpose and Objective. In order to allow for the provision of vital Court services to the public, the Superior Court of California, County of Orange (the "Court") seeks qualified vendors ("Vendor") to provide interactive kiosks at the following Court Locations: Note: Although the Court's intent would be to order/deploy the above kiosks, the Court may or may not be able to do so dependent on budget constraints. As such, the Court shall reserve the right to order/deploy one (1), two (2), all, any combination therein, OR additional kiosks based on actual awarded bid price. The Court's budget for this project may or may not be made available to bidders during the bidding process. Any such sharing of budget information shall be at the Court's sole discretion and only when advantageous to the Court. 1.1 The Term of any contract resulting from this Request for Proposals ("RFP") shall be for a period of five (5) years, and shall automatically renew on an annual basis thereafter, unless terminated earlier in accordance with its provisions. 1.2 Vendor shall be responsible for all necessary supervision, labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, methods of communication, and if required, miscellaneous services including but not limited to: design, planning, coordination, installation, coring, permits and warranty for all provisioning, installation, maintenance and repairs as specified herein. 1.3 The specifications contained herein are general in nature in relation to the provision of goods and services specified for the provision and installation of interactive kiosks and ongoing maintenance services thereafter. The Work shall be relative to commercial and industrial applications. 1.4 The awarded Vendor shall provide the capability for Court customers to approach a kiosk and interact with Court personnel virtually. Vendor shall ensure that all kiosks are accessible to users during the location's standard operating hours and potentially before and after hours. Hours of operation may vary. 1.5 Vendor shall recognize and follow the Court's vision for a standardized, Court-wide kiosk solution. Vendor's proposalshall include all costs associated with fully functioning kiosk units, including but not limited to hardware, software, shipping, site preparation, installation, documentation, operating instructions, and maintenance of the kiosks. Vendor must also identify any Court responsibilities in its proposal. Minimum Qualifications. 2.1 Vendor and its staff shall possess all certifications and licenses required in the State of California to perform the Work. Bidder shall provide proof of such certifications and licenses in its proposal in the form of actual copies. 2.2 Vendor's installation staff must possess a Class C-10 Electrical Contractor License, and any other Contractor License, issued by the Contractors State License Board, which may be required in order to perform the Wok as set forth herein. All Contractor Licenses must remain valid through the full term of any resulting contract. A copy of Vendor's C-10, and all other Contractor Licenses, must be included in any proposal submitted in response to this RFP.
