Site work for a water / sewer project in Penticton, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Penticton invites the submission of quotations for this Request for Quotation ("RFQ") for the installation of a new irrigation system at the Art Gallery (located at 199 Marina Way) connecting through to the green space south of the Marina Way roundabout (85, 95, and 101 Ellis Street). The current irrigation system has a number of functional issues and requires replacement. The properties at 95 and 101 Ellis Street also require grading, sodding, and irrigation Works, as there was previously a building and parking lot on site. Through these Works, the Ellis Street properties will return to park space. Documents can be obtained from https://penticton.bonfirehub.ca/portal
