Site work and paving for a civil project in Napa, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The work for the project consists of roadway demolition, excavating the fill slope below the roadway, drilling and casting reinforced piers, forming and casting a concrete retaining wall, installing drainage, backfilling and reconstructing the roadway. Refer to the Plans and Specifications for more details. The Contractor shall possess a Class "A" license at the time of contract award. All questions must be mailed or e-mailed to Frank Lucido (Frank.lucido@countyofnapa.org), Napa County Department of Public Works, 1195 Third Street, Room 101, Napa, CA 94559, by August 2, 2023, at 12:00 P.M. No questions will be accepted after this deadline. A bid guarantee in the amount of 10% of the total bid shall accompany the bid. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price and a Labor and Material Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price with good and sufficient surety. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
