Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Napa, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price and a Labor and Material Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price with good and sufficient surety. A bid guarantee in the amount of 10% of the total bid shall accompany the bid. The work for the project generally consists of roadway demolition, excavating and reconstructing the slide area below the road, installing a retaining wall with associated drainage, and repaving the damaged area. Refer to the Plans and Specifications for more details. All questions must be mailed or e-mailed to Sonja El-Wakil (Sonja.El-Wakil@countyofnapa.org) , Napa County Department of Public Works, 1195 Third Street, Room 101, Napa, CA 94559, by August 16, 2023, before 12:00 P.M. No questions will be accepted after this deadline. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
