Bidders are required to provide a Consent of Surety stating that if awarded the bid, said surety will provide a performance bond for 100% of the contract amount. Corporate bidders are required by law (Chapter 33, Laws of 1977) to submit a list of names and addresses of all stockholders owning 10% or more of their stock.
