Knoxville Utilities Board (KUB) will be hosting a bid for 5,000 feet of 8" ductile iron pipe for our water and waste water projects. Ductile iron pipe shall be in conformance with the latest revision of ANSI/AWWA C151/A21.51 Standard. The pipe shall be push-on joint with a minimum pressure class of 350 psi, cement-lined according to ANSI 21.4/AWWA C-104 , and coated inside and outside with asphaltic coating. Ductile iron pipe and fittings shall conform to the requirements of the Materials Specifications herein
