Sealed bids will be received by the Ventura County Purchasing Agent for the furnishing of all materials, equipment, machinery, tools, apparatus, incidentals, labor and supervision necessary for the removal/stump grind of Soule Park trees, in accordance with attached General Conditions and Specifications Pursuant to your advertisement for Bid #6146 Soule Park Tree Removal, per specifications therein, the undersigned proposes to furnish all materials, equipment, machinery, tools, apparatus, incidentals, labor and supervision necessary in the manner prescribed for the specification as follows: Removal and stump grind (32) trees Stump grind (61) locations of trees already removed Remove any additional tree debris that remains onsite from work done by CAL Fire Perform chipping on any material that can be chipped and then stack remaining rounds in designated locations for Community Wood Distribution County Parks to provide Green waste for removal of chipped materials Bird survey will be completed by separate company and trees cleared prior to work All questions concerning this Bid should be submitted electronically . Deadline for questions, concerns, clarifications, or general information is July 26, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. The bidder to whom award is made or their listed sub-contractor must possess a valid California Contractors License, Classification C-61/D49 Tree Service at the time the bid is submitted.
