The contractor shall provide service, maintenance, repairs, and/or replacement for the camera systems equipment in in the USAIRL Museum, Storage Bays and HHC. The contractor shall provide next day on-site tech support to repair and replace failed equipment, if necessary. USAIRL will purchase any faulty equipment and the contractor will repair. The contractor shall provide 24 hour 7 days a week help desk line for technical issues and questions for the duration of this contract. The camera system must remain reliable, tamper, vandal, and environmental proof. Must continue to have the ability to view footage at any given time during a recording period of 120 days. The contractor shall provide a 3-year warranty on all newly installed/replaced equipment. 3 different location/NVR Capabilities BLDG 3205: 45 4K cameras, (11) 7.5 TB, 120 day storage, 48 channels Museum at 10100: 16 4K cameras, (5) 7.5 TB per drive mirrored, 120 day storage, 36 Channels Storage at 10100: 10 4K cameras, (4) 7.5 TB per drive mirrored, 120 day storage, 36 Channels Workstation operating system and monitor size, special devices: Windows 10, 20" desktop monitor at desk, 17 Inch monitor in storage room - 80" Display for 45 cameras Mount description In-ceiling, Corner, Pole, Exterior, etc.: All cameras are either ceiling or corner mounted, varies by location. Will any the camera locations require a lift to service (height greater than 10") NO
