Site work for a water / sewer project in Chico, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work generally includes the installation of an anticipated 160-foot deep groundwater well, driller's log, geophysical log, well head, sterilization, and discharge piping and valving stubbed out for connection to 6-inch supply line (separate contract). Certified/Cashiers check or acceptable bidder's bonds, payment without recourse to Owner in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of total bid submitted must accompany bid. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities and technicalities. CALENDAR DAYS TO SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION 150 CALENDAR DAYS TO FINAL COMPLETION 180 Work of the project generally consists of the installation of an approximately 160-foot deep well, and associated well head, as described in the Specifications and shown on the Drawings.
