Site work for a mixed-use development in Chico, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for an educational facility, playground / park / athletic field and water / sewer project.

Natural Turf Replacement with Irrigation at the Chico ISD Football Field, Chico, Texas for the Chico Independent School District. The Proposal is to include a price to furnish all labor, material and equipment for the project as defined in this Request for Proposal The RFP Contractor is to provide all supervision, equipment, labor and materials required to complete the work as a turnkey project PROJECT SCHEDULE: THE OWNER REQUIRES THIS PROJECT TO BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO THE START OF FOOTBALL SEASON FOR FALL OF 2025. CHICO ISD ANTICIPATES AWARD OF CONTRACTS AT THE SEPTEMBER 16, 2024 MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES. FIELD TURF REPLACEMENT SHALL COMMENCE NO SOONER THAN APRIL 1, 2025, WITH ACTUAL CONSTRUCTION START DETERMINED IN COORDINATION WITH THE DISTRICT. WELL, PUMP AND TANK CONSTRUCTION SHALL BEGIN NO SOONER THAN DECEMBER 15, 2024, WITH ACTUAL CONSTRUCTION START DETERMINED IN COORDINATION WITH THE DISTRICT. ALL WORK RELATED TO THIS PROJECT SHALL BE COMPLETE NO LATER THAN JULY 31, 2025.
