The City of Bisbee is accepting sealed bids and proposals to provide Electrical Upgrades at the City Pool. Due to the age of the existing electrical equipment throughout the system, we are requesting the following: o Replace the existing 120/240V Open Delta Service from the utility provider be replaced with a 120/208V, 3 Phase, 4 Wire Service. o Replace the existing service entrance with a Self-Contained, 200A, 120/208V, 120/240V, NEMA 3R, OH Meter Main Combination unit. The main shall be a circuit breaker type. o Installation of new grounding electrode system and a new grounding electrode conductor. The system shall be tested by a NETA-Certified testing firm and results shall be documented and submitted to the City. o Replace the existing panelboard in the mechanical room with a 120/208V panelboard. o Replace the panelboard in the lifeguard room with a new panelboard. o Replace all receptacles and GFCIs in the facility. Receptacles installed outdoors in wet locations shall have listed, heavy-duty in use covers installed. Receptacles installed in the chlorine filtering equipment shall be rated for corrosive environments. o Replace existing pool lights with 12V, UL Listed, LED Lights with unbreakable lenses. o Replace the pool light transformers and junction boxes with new ones. o Replace all the light switches. o Replace all facility lighting with LED's. o Replace the Pool pump starter with a variable frequency drive (VFD).
