The project is expected to be awarded on December 12, 2023.** The project includes, but is not limited to, reconfiguring and improving approximately 300 sf of existing office and record management space which involves demolition/removal of existing partition walls, doors, flooring, parts of electrical and mechanical systems; installation of new partition walls, furred-out walls, a new exhaust fan system, new communications equipment, new light fixtures, new suspended ceiling system, new flooring, new owner-supplied furniture and equipment; painting; and other related work to complete the work per project’s plans and specifications. The project includes, but is not limited to, reconfiguring and improving approximately 300 sf of existing office and record management space which involves demolition/removal of existing partition walls, doors, flooring, parts of electrical and mechanical systems; installation of new partition walls, furred-out walls, a new exhaust fan system, new mechanical and electrical systems, new light fixtures, new suspended ceiling system, new flooring, new owner-supplied furniture andequipment; painting; and other related work to complete the work per project’s plans and specifications. The engineer’s cost estimate for the project is $150,000. License requirement is a valid State of California Contractors License Class “B”.
