Site work and new construction of a recreation facility in Canby, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a 43,000-square-foot recreation facility; and for site work for a recreation facility.
The project is an 43,000 square-foot pre-engineered, steel framed structure that will fulfill multiple needs, including a livestock barn, assembly area, vender display area and show arena for various items, as well as an evacuation point during a disaster. Work includes, but not limited to: concrete, masonry, metals, thermal & moisture protection, openings, finishes, fire suppression, plumbing, hvac, electrical, site work and utilities. The project will be done in 2 phases: first phase will consist of site work, concrete, structural framework and roof panels, and must be completed no later than August 1, 2024. The second phase will include the remainder of the work and will start on September 1, 2024, with a completion date no later than August 1, 2025. Time is of essence for this contract. The Estimated Cost for This Project is $16,000,000.
