The specifications are written to permit and direct the work to be conducted by the Contractor's forces. If there are any contradictions between the Specifications and Drawings, the Contractor shall bring these facts to the attention of the Agency and obtain the Agency's decision as to the true meaning and intention before proceeding. A. The Contractor remains responsible for timely identifying such and any conflicts as may be found to the attention of the Agency. B. In absence of a formal written response from the Agency, or in the event Contractor fails to bring such to the attention of the Agency, Contractor is responsible to have complied with the most stringent requirement
