The awarded General Contractor is JC Orr & Son for $9,428,000 for the Base Bid and Alternates G-1, G-2 and G-6; the HVAC Contractor is Silvertip, Inc. for $3,676,700 for the Base Bid and Alternates H-2 and H-2; the Plumbing Contractor is Quality Air Mechanical for $682,100 for the Base Bid and Alternates P-1, P-2, P-6,, P6.1 and P6.2; and the Electrical Contractor is Turnkey Electrical, Inc. for $1,264,914 for the Base Bid and Alternates E-1, E-2, E-6 and E-9. As of August 17, 2023 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded early next week.
