**As of October 20, 2025, the project was awarded to Tra Electric Inc., with an awarded amount of $726,294.32** The Project includes the following Work: The work generally includes traffic signal upgrades along the Route 15 corridor. This project was financed [in part] by a grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Green Light - Go Program. Traffic Planning & Design, Inc. completed the design for this project. Question Deadline 08/18/2025 at 4:00 PM ET All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted via online. Telephone inquiries are unacceptable. Route 15 Traffic Signal Enhancement Bid security in the form a Certified Check or Bid Bond shall be furnished with the bid in an amount not less than 10%. Bidders shall provide evidence of Prequalification for the indicated types of work. South Williamsport Borough reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, mistakes, informalities, to accept any bid or combination of bids that are deemed to be in the best interest of South Williamsport Borough, and to reject any or all proposals. The Work will be substantially complete on or before May 1, 2026, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before May 15, 2026.
