The County of Nevada Purchasing Division, on behalf of Facilities Management, hereinafter referred to as "County", is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from all interested providers of professional Architectural and Engineering Firms. Services will be requested as needed for various County projects. Service fees will not exceed $100,000 for any given project. Work may include but not limited to, design of new buildings, remodel of existing buildings, ADA parking and Path of Travel design, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Structural, Trails design, Landscape design and Professional Cost Estimating. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to establish a Qualified List of firms to provide On-Call Architectural and Engineering services on an as-needed basis. The County intends to award multiple Consultants to the List, which shall be valid for three (3) years from the date of award, with an option to renew for two (2) additional one-year periods.
