Description

Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Phoenix, Arizona. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Maricopa County extends an invitation to interested and qualified firms or individuals to submit formal sealed Statements of Qualifications electronically through an outside e-procurement platform, Periscope S2G, to provide Downtown Office and Elections Facility. Services to be performed may include Full design and construction administration services including but not limited to architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil disciplines. Scope of work will include a site selection feasibility study, design of the new facility and parking structure as well as a feasibility study and potential design of an adaptive reuse of an existing County owned facility. Facility is expected to be a multi-story, multi-tenant, mixed-use facility comprised of office and warehouse space and is expected to include a parking structure.
