As of August 31, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on Sepyembr 6 , 2023. The project consists of the construction of approximately 10 acres (Phase2) of a 46-acre (Total) community park. This phase includes additional parking, a sand volleyball court, walking trail(concrete and screenings), a fenced dog park, a disc golf course, picnic shelter sand some landscaping. The Information for Bidders, Form of Bids, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, Form of Bid Bond, Performance Bond, and Payment Bond may be examined at the following: Stocks Engineering, PA, 801 East Washington Street, Nashville, NC 27856. Each Bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders.
