IMPORTANT DATES o Pre-bid Meeting (Attendance Optional): July 21, 2023, at 9:00 am (Garner Recreational Park Shelter, 221 East Garner Road, Garner, NC 27529) o All Questions Due: July 24, 2023, by 12:00 P.M. o Final Addendum Issued: July 26, 2023 o Deadline for Proposals: July 31, 2023, by 10:00 A.M. EDT The Town is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors to replace the existing safety surfacing (certified wood chips) with poured-in-place rubber playground safety surfacing at Garner Recreational Park. The successful Contractor will be responsible for removing and disposing of existing wood chip surfacing and installation of new poured-in-place rubber surfacing. The proper materials shall be supplied by the Contractor. The Contractor must leave the facility in clean, safe, and satisfactory condition daily. Question Deadline: 07/24/2023 at 10:00 AM ET The Town reserves the right to reject, for any reason, any and all proposals.
