Saving Project...

Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Knoxville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project consists of the installation of a raw water intake pump and appurtenances, discharge piping, including associated electrical and HVAC improvements for a complete project as shown or specified in the Contract Documents. This project is being supported in whole or in part, by Federal award number 21.027 awarded to Knox County by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. All bidders must be licensed General Contractors as required by the Contractor's Licensing Act of 1994 of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee and qualified for the type of construction being bid upon. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex, age, handicap, disability, ancestry, national origin, marital status, or any other basis prohibited by law.
