Consultant shall diligently perform all the services described in the Project Description & Scope of Services attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference. In summary, the scope of service includes but is not limited to providing municipal project management services, serving as the City's representative and overseeing the construction management firm in during the construction of the City's Recreation and Aquatic Center. The City may elect to delete certain tasks of the Scope of Services at its sole discretion. The consultant will conduct an extensive on-site analysis of the City's existing signage conditions of key entrance locations and the greater Downtown and the travel routes leading to it. This analysis is to include downtown traffic and parking patterns and shall include recommendations for the consolidation, removal, or other solutions to make all signage more effective. These instructions outline the guidelines governing the format and content of the proposal and the approach to be used in its development and presentation. This RFP encourages responses that clearly communicate the proposer's understanding of and experience in designing parking, downtown wayfinding, and gateway signage per the City's vision and intent, as described in the sections above. Proposals will reflect the proposer's ability to successfully provide the aforementioned tasks on time and within budget. Qualified proposers are urged to submit concise proposals, appropriate to the scale of the project, and only include information which is essential to an understanding and evaluation of the proposal. Items not specifically and explicitly related to the RFP and proposal, e.g., brochures, marketing material, etc. will not be considered in the evaluation.
