The University of New Hampshire is soliciting Construction Management Services for renovation of the Womens Team Locker Rooms by upgrading and partially reconfiguring three proximate areas of Field House Level 1. This project will include an electrical upgrade for the entire Field House. Key goals of the Womens Team Locker Rooms Renovation project are to address Title IX concerns for womens team locker rooms, including 1. Need to separate womens team locker rooms from the public users (primarily those using the Swasey indoor pool) and visiting teams, to enhance safety, privacy and functionality. 2. Need for improved ventilation in all project spaces, including wet zones and equipment storage areas, to enhance hygiene and comfort. An Estimate based on Design Development documents will be required as part of Preconstruction Services by the Construction Manager. Respondents are asked to include in their Proposals their Construction Management Fee and Proposed General Conditions with the understanding that, although the University expects to award for only Preconstruction Services at this time, the Bidding and Construction Phase Services contract would be awarded when Construction moves forward. This project will be executed under a construction management form of delivery. Architectural and Engineering Services are being solicited through a separate selection process.
