As of August 28, 2023, project was awarded to Performance Pipelining Inc, awarded amount is $864,879.10. The lining of the private sanitary sewer services is expected to extend from the sewer main line and terminate at a newly installed cleanout as part of the project. The location of the installed cleanout will be field verified on a case-by-case basis during the contactor's initial investigation and will be ultimately located within the Right-of-Way (ROW) or within a predetermined location on private property that will be approved/agreed upon by the City and the Owner prior to the clean out installation. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract price as security for the faithful performance and the payment of all bills and obligations arising from the performance of the contract. The Contract Bond prepared by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Illinois covering the full amount of the contract.
