The Work is generally described as follows The scope of work will include all labor, material, and equipment necessary to demolish, remove, and dispose of all baffle walls within each of the stated reservoirs, install new baffle walls in their place, replace the roof hatch and finial vent on the 5MG Riverside Concrete GSR, spot repair damaged coating within the 1MG Riverside Steel GSR, and all other duties and activities necessary to carry out the construction described in the plans and specifications The scope of work consists of replacing the synthetic fabric baffle walls and associated brackets and hardware in both reservoirs, identified in the Project title, as set forth in the bid documents. bid bond (in the amount of 10% of the original bid amount The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance and Payment bond equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract price as security for the faithful performance and payment of all bills and obligations arising from the performance of the contract.
