Renovation of a residential development in Massena, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Contract No. 1 - General Rehabilitation - Base Bid 64 Liberty Avenue - Base Bid - Furnish and Install various rehabilitation materials and labor to include: Furnish and Install New Metal Roofing, Seven (7) New Vinyl Replacement Windows, New ADA Compliant Toilet in Upstairs Bathroom, New Sump Pump and Pipe in Basement, and Install Heavy Duty Handrails on Each Side of Stairway Leading to the Second Floor. Additionally, the Base Bid will also require new smoke & carbon monoxide detectors along with lead hazard rehabilitation work items. The attention of Bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to lead certifications. Sign-in to customer portal to retrieve the bid documents. The contractor will ensure that to the greatest extent feasible opportunities for training and employment arising in connection with this NYS AHC-assisted project will be extended to lower-income project area residents. Further, the contractor will, to the greatest extent feasible, utilize business concerns located in or substantially owned by residents of the project area, in the award of contracts and purchase of services and supplies. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary materials, supplies, labor, plant and equipment and install all work necessary to complete, in a workmanlike manner and fully operable, the work specified and described in the plans, specifications and related contract documents pertaining to rehabilitation work to the Owner's property which is located at: 64 Liberty Avenue, Massena NY 13662
