Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Montesano, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project includes all labor, materials and equipment install approximately 700 linear feet of monolithic cement concrete sidewalk and driveway approaches, installation of Hot Mix Asphalt pavement patching, clearing and grubbing, saw cutting, removal of sections of asphalt roadway and concrete driveways, subgrade preparation, roadside restoration and new signs. Related utility work includes installation of approximately 800-feet of 8-inch C900 PVC water main including valves, fittings and appurtenances, reconnection existing water meters; approximately 300 feet of 8" to 30" storm drain pipe and related catch basin. Water Main (Repair/Replace) Rehabilitation, Sidewalks/Curbs/Gutters, Storm water Improvements Est. Completion Date: Sept. 29, 2023 Est.
