Reference Number 0000325200' - The scope of this bid is to provide a complete odor control program to the Rockland County Sewer District No. 1. (RCSD#1) Provide all labor, material and equipment to install and maintain the odor control program. - The purpose of the program is to reduce Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S) levels to sufficiently control odors and corrosion at established control points within the RCSD#1. The odor control system shall provide H2S control within the following established guidelines. - On a consistent basis the pumping station applications must keep H2S to an average of 0 ppm with a maximum peak of less than 5 ppm.
