Reference Number 0000325766 The Contractor shall provide a 5-year maintenance service, on-call emergency support and extended warranty coverage. Work to include Performance and Maintenance Guarantee to perform service to meet input, output, efficiency, heat recovery, availability (> 92% annually) and emissions performance guarantees. The Contractor shall perform all services on Combined Heat and Power (CHP) and Gas Conditioning System (GCS) except for daily walk thru. The District will perform the daily walk thru.
