SCOPE OF WORK Architect/Engineer (AE): The Contractor will perform all professional (AE) and healthcare planning services necessary to provide design and construction period services for Construction project 652-23- 109. Provide professional engineering services for the design and construction administration to renovate the remaining area of the Sterile Processing Service (SPS) area located in the lower level of building 500. This renovation encompasses the 3rd phase of renovations for the Sterile Processing area as originally designed under 652-15-203. The AE shall validate and revise as necessary the original design in order to meet current Sterile Processing Service process standards.
