Renovation of a stadium in Plamondon, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
**As of September 5, 2023 , this project has been awarded to Boald Construction, awarded amount not available.** Lac La Biche County (the County) is requesting quotations from qualified Contractors to install sheet metal siding on the existing Hockey Arena in Plamondon, Alberta. Lot C, Block 10, Plan 3230NY; NE-34-67-16-W4M The Work includes, but not limited to supply and installation of strapping and 24-gauge metal siding overlaid on top of existing sheeting on 3 walls of the building. The contractor will be required to install strapping to support new exterior wall sheeting and all trim. Contractor will be required to cut-out and stub any existing electrical wiring through the new sheeting, others will re-install lighting and receptacles. Existing siding profile is WF-12-36. The proposed standard siding is Westform colours White White, Stone Grey, and Heron Blue with profile HF-12. Colour and profile determined by owner, based on contractor’s supply. Building size: 250’ x 21’ on 1 side, 140’ x 21’ plus gables on 2 sides.
