Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Plamondon, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a residential development; sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Owner invites Bids for construction of the work, which in general terms, will consist of the following: o site survey and construction layout; o materials testing by a qualified geotechnical engineer and laboratory; o site excavation and grading; o supply and installation of topsoil, seed, sod, plant material and other landscape amenities such as benches, picnic tables, waste receptacles, etc.; o supply and installation of a concrete plaza and curbing; o electrical works including overhead lighting, bollards and conduit / cables; o supply and installation of a prefabricated wood structure; o granular trail; and o One-year landscape maintenance on trees.
