o Pulverizing, Salvaging, Hauling, Placing and Compacting Existing Granular Materials o Subgrade and Base Repairs o Subgrade Preparation (First Layer) o Supply and Placement of Granular Base Course o Supply and Placement of Asphalt Stabilized Base Course o Broad-Cast Seeding The Scope of Work for this tender will include, but shall not be limited to: Pulverizing, Salvaging, Hauling, Placing and Compacting Existing Granular Materials - 18,080 m2 Preparing Subgrade Surface - 22,600 m2 Granular Base Course - 9,840 tonnes Asphalt Stabilized Base Course - 4,370 tonnes The Contractor shall supply all necessary materials, labour, equipment, expertise, supervision, and any incidentals to complete the Work in accordance with the specifications. The Contractor may be required to complete other related work as required by the Owner. Bid Security: - 10% Bid Bond, Bank Draft, Certified Cheque or Money Order made payable to Lac la Biche County. - Consent of Surety Additional Requirements: - Valid COR, TLC or COREL - Valid Commercial General Liability Insurance - 50% Labour & Materials Bond - 50% Performance Bond
