Reference Number 0000330930 Question Deadline 10/04/2023 at 2:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online Yes Pueblo Water is seeking proposals to purchase and install 2 Ton Bridge Crane and 2nd 2 Ton Hoist including all appurtenances; removal of old Yale hoist from exisitng monorail, convert existing monorail into 2 separate beams, replace approximately 50 L.F. S Steel beams. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount. Any bid submitted after the time and date specified will not be considered. - Bid Deposit Required - Contractors License Required - FOB Destination - Insurance Required - License Required Should Contractor fail to complete the Work by the Work Completion Date, Contractor shall pay to Pueblo Water, as liquidated damages and not as penalty, $400.00 per day of default unless the Contract Time is extended via change order.
