The City of Delray Beach, through its Public Works Department, seeks a qualified firm to provide construction, all labor, equipment, and materials required under this scope. The Scope of Work includes Improvements to the intersection and paving of Catherine Drive. Construction includes clearing and grubbing, paving and installation of sidewalks, drainage inlets and pipes, guardrail, curb and gutter and ADA ramps. The contractor shall coordinate with Palm Beach County for the construction of the intersection and the MOT. The MOT is being reviewed by Palm Beach County and has not yet been approved (preliminary MOT is included in the design drawings); per the construction documents in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Invitation to Bid Construction (ITBC).
