(Hereinafter the "School") Requests Sealed Proposals From Experienced and Qualified Roof Contractor (Hereinafter "Offerors") to Furnish and Install a Completely New Roof System for Fbd Campus Building No. 703. The Project is Located on 901 North Kinlani Road, Flagstaff Arizona 86001. Navajo and Indian-owned Organizations and Enterprises and Navajo Businesses Currently Certified Under the Navajo Business Preference Law Are Encouraged to Submit Proposals. The Roof Replacement Project Shall Comprise of a New Mechanically Attached Single-ply White 60 Mil Tpo Roof Membrane Over New High Density Polyisocyanurate Tapered Insulation Board With the R-value of 30, Tapered Insulation Board Shall Have a Minimum Slope of 1/8-inch Per Foot. All Low Surface Areas Where Ponding Occurs Shall Have Crickets or Tapered Insulation Installed to Allow for Positive Drainage. Roofing Membrane and Flashing Shall Be Terminated on Top of Roof Edge. Install New Metal Downspouts, Gutters, and Concrete Splash Blocks. All New Metal Drip Edge Gutters and Downspouts to 24-gauge Pre-finished Metal.
