Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Memphis, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
RFP posted on our website for proposals that will be evaluated for Construction Manager/General Contractor. New construction of approx. 115,000 S.F. and renovation of approx. 52,000 S.F. Project includes a multi-building TCAT campus, site development, parking areas, drives, and infrastructure improvements. The buildings will consist of educational spaces to accommodate technical college academic programs, workforce simulation training, and required support spaces. Spaces include flexible high-bay and standard height training labs,classrooms, administrative space, and staff and storage and support spaces. The project includes demolition of vacated buildings ands abandoned utilities and adaptation of space for parking, sidewalks, and green space. The college will occupy this campus throughout the project
