Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Lexington, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a educational facility.
RFP posted on our website for proposals that will be evaluated for Construction manager/General Contractor. Project scope includes approx. 55,000 gross square feet of new construction to include new academic facilities, site development, parking areas, drives, and infrastructure improvements. The building will consist of educational spaces to accommodate technical college academic programs and required support spaces. The facility will include high and standard ceiling height laboratories, classrooms, covered storage, faculty, staff, and student support spaces. Laboratories will be designed to simulate a work environment for the practical applications of instruction and skill. This project is located on a new site in Lexington
