Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Lexington, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a 11,274-square-foot playground / park / athletic field.
The County is seeking qualified firms to pour approximately 11,274 square feet of concrete at the Davidson County West Campus for the Parks & Recreation Department. Direct all inquiries concerning this RFP to: Dwayne Childress Support Services Director or Thomas Marshburn Parks & Recreation Director (336) 242-2030 (336) 212-8644 The Contract shall cover the period from December 1, 2023 through January 30, 2024, or an equivalent period depending upon date of Contract award. This Contract may be renewed at the expiration of the initial term at the request of the County. There will be no renewal for this project. Note: The County recommends using an over-night service or hand delivering the RFP response. Note: The black-out date for questions shall be October 27, 2023 at noon. 3.1 11,274 sq. ft of sidewalk pour (summary) Detail3.2 400 sq. ft miscellaneous sidewalk 3.3 1,159 ft of 6 ft sidewalk 3.4 320 ft of 6 ft sidewalk 3.5 Pickleball court saw down middle at nets and middle at slab and one saw joint on each side of court. 3.6 6 ft Saw joints on 6 ft sidewalk 3.7 Picnic Shelter- saw one down middle and 3 saw cuts long ways 3.8 7,736 sq. ft of pad pour (summary) Detail3.10 86 ft X 76 ft pad = 6,536 sq. ft. 3.11 30 ft X 40 ft pad = 1,200 sq. ft. 3.12 3500 Concrete mix with fiber 3.13 Needs to be formed. 3.14 Needs to be backfilled as needed. 3.15 No driving on sidewalks after pouring of concrete, while pouring other sections
