Enquiries and any responses providing new information will be recorded and posted to BC Bid or otherwise distributed to prospective Respondents. The scope of work for the assignments may entail but not be limited to: project management of ML/ARD related work,site monitoring and sampling, geological mapping, interpretation of geochemical data, ML/ARD prediction assessments, literature research, policy reviews, mass-balance modelling, ML/ARD material management plans, material encapsulation designs (including natural and synthetic cover designs), performance verification plans, creating special provision and/or Major Works contract language, interpreting the applicability and relevance of the Environmental Management Act, including the Contaminated Sites Regulation and Hazardous Waste Regulation, liaising with the Ministry of Environment, and providing expert advice for and on behalf of the Ministry. In addition to any other reservation of rights set out in the RFQ, the Province reserves the right, in its sole discretion to do any one or more at any time, to reject any or all Responses. Waive any non-material irregularity, defect or deficiency in a Response.
