These documents are all part of the electronic proposal. Bids must be submitted electronically using the SRM system and must be submitted by the Bid Opening date and time listed above. The Commonwealth reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive technical defects in Bids and to accept or reject any part of the Bid deemed in the best interests of the Commonwealth.
