Renovation of a medical facility in Lethbridge, Alberta. Design plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
This project will develop the Chinook Regional Hospital (CRH) as part of a comprehensive Cardiac Services Program for the Alberta South Zone. Project will feature the development of a catheterization lab, redevelopment and expansion of the ICU and CCU, and expansion of diagnostic and cardiac care. This project will provide a total of 54 patient beds and cover a total area of 7273m2. Work is expected to be completed within five phases. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals for Prime Consultant services has been awarded. Tender and construction anticipated to begin in 2027 and be phased. further update may be available late 2026.
