Renovation of a multi-residential development in Westbank, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Westbank First Nation is seeking proposals from qualified Proponents to complete renovation of the duplex located at 1900 A and B Fox Road with both North and South units covering 880 sq. ft. of space each. The scope of work for this project includes, and is not limited to provide all site preparation and safety measures, materials, expertise and labour to conduct, project manage and design the following sections of this project noted below. i. General (site prep, fencing, etc.), ii. Utility (water/sewer), iii. Foundation, iv. Exterior fixtures including the driveway and walkway re-grading, v. HVAC systems including heating, plumbing, and electrical, vi. Interior carpentry including framing, insulation, drywall, painting, floor coverings and installation of appliances, windows, doors, plumbing fixtures, and other interior FF&E.
