Type of Award Lump Sum Estimated Bid Value $550,000.00 Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 07/25/2023 2:00 PM (PDT) The City of Riverside ("City") is soliciting bids from qualified entities or individual(s) ("Company") to pick-up and deliver road maintenance/ construction materials, to include but not limited to, asphalt, tack oil, and slurry sand ("Goods") on an as needed basis throughout the fiscal year of 2023 - 2024. The initial period shall be valid from the date awarded by City Council through June 30, 2024, and may be renewable for up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods not to exceed five (5) years, and based upon acceptable performance by the Company, acceptable fees and subject to the same Purchase Order Terms and Conditions. The City will award to the lowest, responsive, and responsible Company. The selected Company shall provide the Goods required in Exhibit A, Scope of Goods, attached hereto and incorporated herein. o According to California Labor Code, Section 1720.9, Company shall have registered and maintain an active registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR), and any other required organizations by bid closing.
