The City of Riverside (City), through its Department of Public Utilities (RPU), is pleased to announce this Request for Proposals (RFP) for the replacement of the existing Hunter Substation. RPU is requesting proposals from qualified and properly licensed Design-Build Entities (Proposers). The acquired services shall include, but not limited to, design, procurement, construction, and commission services for the Hunter Substation Replacement project (Project). The Scope of Services are described more specifically in Exhibit A. All work, except warranty services and demolition of existing substation, shall be substantially completed within forty months (40) after the day of commencement established in the City's Notice to Proceed.
