Site work for a service station / car wash facility in Riverside, California. Completed plans call for site work for a service station / car wash facility.
Riverside Transit Agency (RTA) invites proposals from qualified contractors to provide design-build services for hydrogen fueling stations to be installed at RTAs Riverside and Hemet facilities. The contractor and any subcontractors shall be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations at the time of proposal submission. Operation and Maintenance services along with supply of hydrogen fuel shall be provided by contractor for a period of one year (365 days) from the date of final acceptance and shall be included as part of the initial warranty period. RTA anticipates award of a firm-fixed priced contract for this project. RTA will only consider proposals from those contractors who have been pre-qualified. RTA has already completed one prequalification process through RFQual Q23063 which was released in May 2023. However, as required by the FTA, RTA shall afford potential offerors, who have not been previously prequalified under RFQual Q23063, the opportunity to submit Qualifications Statements during the RFP process. Proposals would need to be submitted along with Qualifications Statements for RTA consideration. RTA will review qualification statements and if potential offeror(s) is deemed qualified, RTA will review proposals.
